Gujarati wedding photographer in Mumbai

My assignment as a candid wedding photographer in Mumbai for the marriage of Krutika and Sachit was my first assignment of 2013 as a wedding photographer in Mumbai. The gujarati wedding was a marathon event, lasting 5 days-with a bachelor party, haldi, sangeeet, baraat, wedding and multiple receptions. The events were held in some beautiful venues like Sea Princess in Juhu, ITC Maratha in Andheri and Novotel in Juhu. Following are some of the images from around 1,500 images I had provided to the couple.

Wedding Photographer in Mumbai-Haldi

Gujarati weddings share the Haldi and Mehndi ceremony with other hindu weddings in India. On the day before the wedding, the relatives and friends apply the Haldi on the groom and bride. Mehndi (Henna) is applied on the hands of all the female relatives.
